Airport Transfers: Transportation from the airport to accommodation will be arranged by our local provider. Our organization’s personnel will be available at the airport to assist all delegation members upon arrival. Please look for our team members who will be clearly identifiable by their event uniforms and badges.

Shuttle Service Details: Circular shuttle service

Departure Frequency: Every hour

Schedule:

– Non-Competition Days: Starting at 8:00 AM

– Competition Days: Starting at 7:30 AM

Route: The shuttle will travel from each hotel to the competition venue on a circular route.

Additional Stops:

– During lunch and dinner periods, the route will include two extra stops at Cruzeiro do Sul Restaurant for boarding of passengers. One stop on the way from the hotels to the competition venue and a second stop (accross the passway) on the way from the venue back to the hotels.
